🛑 Order Cancellations

• You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it by contacting our customer support team.

• Once your order is processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

💸 Refunds

• Refunds are only applicable if:

  • You receive a wrong item.

  • The product arrives damaged.

• To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product with clear pictures as proof.

• Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

🔄 Exchanges

• We offer free exchanges for damaged or defective items.

• Exchange requests must also be raised within 48 hours with supporting images.

🚫 Non-Refundable Cases

• No refunds or exchanges for slight color variations or minor handmade imperfections.

• Customized or personalized products are non-refundable unless damaged.
